Dear members of the AOCP,
As you may be aware we were scheduled to hold a further meeting of the AOCP at the end of January 2025.
Currently the East Suffolk Water Management Alliance together with the Alde and Ore Estuary Trust (AOET) are in the process of revising and reviewing the costings for the project. That work is ongoing and therefore there is little value in a meeting until such time as the costings have been finalised and we are in a position to consider them across the AOCP and the wider partner organisations.
As soon as we are in that position then we will circulate the date for the AOCP meeting, making sure there is plenty of notice.
